4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Healing Sessions & Consultations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment may be rescheduled. No refunds for no-shows.
Digital Courses & Webinars: No refunds once access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure or course cancellation by us.
Products: Refunds/exchanges available for defective items only, within 7 days of delivery.
